Colour: Deep dark purple-red. Bright, shiny. Bouquet: Big rich plummy nose. There is also rhubarb and a black pepper perfume. Palate: Very sweet on the palate, plenty of texture and glycerol as with the nose a savoury pepper profile. Finishes long and dry. Winemaker’s comments: The first release of this wine and an all time cracker to finish the trio.
